Capetown Sports Festival 2026

Description

Rules & regulations

A false identity, age or category means disqualification, and age proof may be asked for. Draws, pairings, seeding and byes are generated automatically and at random, and are final. Byes occur only where a category has uneven numbers. Report at your court, board or ground 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Being more than 15 minutes late may lead to a bye, a walkover or a forfeited slot. Bring your own equipment, unless the organizer has said shared gear will be provided. Umpire, referee and organizer decisions are final. Any form of cheating or unfair play leads to immediate disqualification. Zero tolerance for abuse, threats or aggression. Respect players, officials, residents and staff, and keep the venue clean. No alcohol, tobacco or intoxicants at the venue. Your guests must follow this code too. Categories may merge, based on the number of entries received. Weather or safety may force a reschedule. The same rules apply to a rescheduled game. Fees are non refundable once the registration window closes. Fees, refunds, liability, minor participation and media rights are governed by the StapuBox Hosted Games and Tournaments Terms and Conditions, which prevail on any legal matter.
