StapuBox Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

StapuBox has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page explains our commitments, reporting process, and cooperation with authorities. This policy applies to all users of the StapuBox platform, including the mobile application and related services.

Scope and Commitment

We are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any activity that exploits or harms minors. StapuBox prohibits:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any material that depicts or promotes sexual abuse, exploitation, or nudity involving minors;
• Using StapuBox to groom, solicit, contact, or exploit minors for sexual purposes;
• Creating, soliciting, or circulating sexual content involving persons under the age of 18.

Reporting Suspected CSAE

If you encounter content or behaviour on StapuBox that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately. You can:

• Use the in-app reporting feature on any profile or item of content (Go to settings and choose the reason)

When reporting, please include as much information as possible (profile link, screenshots, timestamps, and any context) to help our team assess and act quickly. We treat all reports as confidential and handle them with priority.

Immediate Actions We Take

Upon receiving a credible report, StapuBox will:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the reported content pending investigation;
• Suspend or terminate accounts implicated in CSAE violations;
• Preserve and secure relevant data for potential law enforcement requests;
• Report the incident to relevant law enforcement and child protection agencies as required by law.

Cooperation with Authorities and Industry Standards

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, child protection organisations, and industry partners. Our policies are aligned with international best practices and frameworks, including guidance from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), WePROTECT Global Alliance, and applicable Indian laws such as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and provisions of the Information Technology Act.

Data Handling and Preservation

When we receive reports, we preserve relevant records and logs to support investigations and potential legal processes. We retain such information only for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and to assist with investigations.

User Responsibility

All users must comply with this policy. If you suspect any user is attempting to exploit or harm minors, do not engage directly — report immediately using the channels above.
