StapuBox Terms & Conditions

Welcome to StapuBox. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StapuBox mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By registering, accessing, or using StapuBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing, or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective when posted. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Eligibility

• Services are generally available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Users aged 13–17 may use the Services under parental or guardian supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring minor use.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• Registration currently requires an Indian mobile number; international numbers are not supported in this version.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Platform Services

StapuBox offers tools to build sports profiles, discover players, coaches and venues, invite contacts, and consume sports updates via StapuBuzz. Certain features (messaging, squads, events) may be rolled out in future updates. We do not guarantee availability of any specific feature.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

StapuBox is a community platform. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Harass, stalk, bully, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform to promote criminal activity, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or operation.
• Misuse location or contact-based features to harass or track users.

We reserve the right to remove, disable or modify content that violates community standards or these Terms.

6. Content Ownership & License

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload ("User Content").
• By uploading User Content you grant StapuBox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content within the Platform and related promotional materials as necessary to operate and improve the Services.
• Users represent and warrant they have all rights necessary to upload the content and are not violating any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, service marks, logos and software are the property of StapuBox or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Except as expressly provided, no license to use such intellectual property is granted.

8. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Currently, StapuBox does not support payments or subscriptions. If payments are added, such features will be governed by a separate Payment Terms and Refund Policy and applicable laws. Payment processing, when enabled, will be handled by trusted third-party payment processors.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities & Enforcement

We may take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, for violations of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StapuBox shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StapuBox from claims arising from your use of the Platform.

15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
