StapuBox Terms & Conditions

Welcome to StapuBox. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StapuBox mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). By registering, accessing, or using StapuBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms (including Events and Squads Terms). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. User Eligibility

• Services are generally available to individuals 18 years or older.
• Users aged 13–17 may use the Services under parental or guardian supervision.
• Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minor participation in squads, events, offline interactions, physical activities, and financial dealings.
• StapuBox does not monitor or supervise offline interactions involving minors.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• Registration currently requires an Indian mobile number.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected misuse.

4. Nature of the Platform

StapuBox is a networking and facilitation platform only. StapuBox does not act as an organizer, employer, venue operator, sports authority, agent, or representative of any user, company, residence, society, or venue listed on the Platform.

5. Company Pages (Official & Unofficial)

• Company pages may be automatically generated based on user profile information.
• Unofficial company pages are not verified by StapuBox.
• StapuBox does not verify employment claims unless a company is formally onboarded.
• Verification (where applicable) may include email/domain validation only and does not constitute confirmation of employment status, authority, or representation rights.
• StapuBox is not responsible for false representation of employment or affiliation.
• Display of a user under a company does not imply endorsement, employment confirmation, or authorization.

6. Residence, Society & Playground Pages

• Residence, society, and venue pages are informational listings attached by users.
• StapuBox does not verify ownership, licenses, infrastructure, safety standards, or legal compliance.
• StapuBox does not inspect, certify, or guarantee venue safety.
• Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any location or facility.

7. Squads & Events Association

Users may create squads and events and associate them with companies, residences, societies, or venues through platform fields. Such association does not imply sponsorship, approval, employment relationship, partnership, or endorsement by StapuBox or the listed entity.

8. User Conduct & Community Standards

• No harassment, stalking, bullying, threats, or abuse.
• No unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
• No impersonation or false affiliation claims.
• No misuse of platform features to harm others.

StapuBox may take platform-level action including suspension, content removal, detachment of associations, or revocation of admin privileges at its discretion.

9. Real-World Interactions & Assumption of Risk

Any offline interaction, meetup, event participation, sports activity, or physical engagement arranged through StapuBox is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

• StapuBox does not organize, supervise, or control offline activities.
• Participation in sports carries inherent risks including physical injury, assault, theft, misconduct, or property damage.
• Users are responsible for their own medical fitness, insurance coverage, safety precautions, and protective equipment.
• StapuBox provides no medical supervision or safety guarantees.

10. Employment & HR Disclaimer

StapuBox is not responsible for employment disputes, workplace misconduct, HR matters, internal disciplinary actions, or claims arising between users and companies, even where events or squads are associated with a verified company page.

11. Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement

• Users may report profiles, squads, or events.
• Reporting does not guarantee investigation outcome or specific action.
• StapuBox may act at its sole discretion and is not obligated to disclose actions taken.
• Users may block others to restrict interaction.

12. Payments & Financial Dealings

StapuBox does not process payments between users. Any financial dealings occur directly between users at their own risk.

13. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content but grant StapuBox a license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StapuBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or offline interactions.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StapuBox from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Events or squads you create or administer
• Misrepresentation of affiliation
• Physical injury, harassment, discrimination, employment claims, or third-party disputes
• Association of events or squads with companies or venues

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
